Rooms in Chatelain: Garden Views & A Welcoming Community

Morton Place Chatelain offers expats in Brussels a warm and inviting oasis in one of the city’s chicest districts. Customized specifically for coliving in Brussels, the soaring ceilings, natural wood floors, and green treetop views in this modern home form the backdrop for a friendly and vibrant houseshare community. Savor barbecue and laughter on the spacious patio. Enjoy movie nights with housemates, cozied up on leather Chesterfield sofas in the living room. Work in the bonus office space. Even do your laundry—all without leaving home.

Around the Neighborhood

Located in the trendy Ixelles neighborhood, MP Chatelain is steps away from the Rue du Bailli shopping district, home of a popular Wednesday afternoon marché du Chatelain and one of the best neighborhoods in Brussels. Join fellow professionals for post-work bites and perfect wine pairings—or pick up organic produce to cook up in our home kitchen. Visit individual shops, cozy cafes, trendy restaurants, and bustling wine bars. You’ll also find a nearby supermarket, gym, bike-share station, and tram stop—all within walking distance from your new houseshare.

Make Our Place Yours

Warm and welcoming, MP Chatelain’s decor is inspired by rich jewel tones. Inside your new short term rental in Brussels, you’ll find a selection of courtyard-view, city-view, and loft bedrooms. Each room features a private bathroom, walk-in tile shower, double bed, designer work desk, comfy reading chair, ample closet space—and its own unique look and feel, different from all other rooms. If you’d like, you can gain added privacy by living in one of two garden cottages across the courtyard instead of the main house: a rarity when it comes to furnished housing in Brussels. You can even host visitors in the guest room (with private bathroom). MP Chatelain is a rare gem among Brussels cohousing communities.
