Beautiful shared homes for international professionals in Brussels

People move to Morton Place for a variety of reasons. Many are international professionals relocating to Brussels for work. Some are newly single, seeking a fresh start. Others are seeking an alternative to student quality room rentals. What they share is a desire to live in a safe, beautiful home with people of a similar age and sensibility. We’ve completely refurbished three traditional Brussels homes in the city’s best areas to make that experience possible.

The shared homes at Morton Place are distinct by design. Each house is limited to 10 residents, thoughtfully grouped for an inclusive and harmonious experience. We’ve found it’s the perfect number of people to keep the community interesting, but still intimate. The common areas, nearly twice the average size, provide plenty of space to socialize—or find a quiet nook to work. In addition, we host events from welcome drinks and dinners to seasonal parties where residents can enjoy each other’s company—and make plenty of memories.

Each resident has their own fully furnished room: a stylish sanctuary with plenty of space to personalize. Little touches—comfy chairs, vintage desks, natural light—make it feel like home. And big differences, like not having to share the private stuff (you’ll enjoy a full shower room with a toilet, sink, and shower all to yourself), give you a level of comfort you won’t find in other shared housing options. You’ll get to know our wonderful service team, who’ve been with us for a decade. We’re here to help you with everyday life in Brussels, whether that’s setting up a bank account, navigating public transport, or simply finding a tasty cafe for lunch.
