We have taken traditional Brussels homes in the best areas and completely refurbished them for comfort and convenience. All too often rental rooms in Brussels are located in convenient, but ultimately boring neighborhoods. We have chosen locations and houses you want to come home to. Each house has it’s own character yet all feature light and airy furnished rooms with private shower. At the heart of the common spaces is a generous kitchen with a large communal table. Apart from your own room, around the house are spaces for working, chatting, playing or relaxing. Whether for short-term rentals or longer term, we help you find community in Brussels.

HOW IT WORKS

Our members are often new to Brussels, facing the demands of a new job, new city and no network of their own. Our easy all inclusive contracts make it easy to move to Brussels into your own room with just a suitcase and feel right at home from day one, no waiting for the utilities to be set up, the wifi to be turned on, or multiple trips to Ikea. Moving is stressful so we have made it as easy as possible from the visit of the house either in person or via skype, to the paperwork, to the Welcome Drink, we have you covered!
