Morton Place Parvis
The very first Morton Place, Parvis is a 420m2 Brussels town house which has been renovated from top to bottom for cohousing. This sleek house is built around a central, light-filled courtyard with barbecue and patio furniture for enjoying those precious sunny days. A large communal table in the kitchen is adjacent to a cosy living room and direct access to the courtyard. Secure storage for bicycles, a laundry room and guest room are some of the amenities. Artwork featuring albums from the jazz greats complete the mid-century look.
Our 9 residents live across a main house and a rear annexe. The kitchen has 3 cooking stations, 3 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Residents each have their own food storage and a private drawer in the freezer. The living room is just off the kitchen and features a gorgeous green velvet couch for enjoying movie nights on the flatscreen tv. The sun filled patio is fully planted and is maintained by our friends at Urban Gardens, providing a perfect backdrop for the bbq and garden chairs.
In addition to a games area, there is a separate TV room with a large desk for home working and the couch pulls-out for overnight visitors.
