Meet the Team at Morton Place
Tanya, Founder and Operator
Tanya’s love for coliving began as a university student in the U.S., where she shared a beautiful Victorian home with 14 housemates. Years later, living alone in a cramped Paris studio while working long hours, she missed the sense of community, design, and ease that a shared home once gave her.
In 2011, after taking over her family’s real estate business, Tanya founded Morton Place to bring that experience to expats in Brussels—combining boutique design, warm community, and fully serviced coliving.
Today, she personally oversees every aspect of Morton Place. From handling your rental contract to working side by side with Ivonne and the support team, Tanya is still deeply involved. Whether you’re booking a tour or have a small question once you’ve moved in, she’s just an email away.
Ivonne, House Manager
Ivonne is the first person you’ll meet at Morton Place—starting with your video tour before you even arrive. She’s your go-to contact for everything from move-in to day-to-day life.
Need help with the WiFi, a local tip, or something fixed? Just text Ivonne. She welcomes you in person, gets you settled, and connects you with your housemates through group chats, welcome drinks, and coliving traditions like Sunday dinners.
With Ivonne’s warm support, your room in Brussels comes with peace of mind—and a friendly face.
