Located in the heart of the action, MP Parvis is just steps away from the Parvis de Saint-Gilles: a historic cobblestone square where the new (artisanal pizza shops, farm-to-table restaurants, trendy boutiques) meets the old (original bars, restaurants, market stalls)—with a little bit of street art thrown in. You’ll find a daily and Thursday night market, food trucks by up-and-coming chefs, and popular cafes where you can watch the world go by.

MP Parvis is a short 350-meter walk from the metro Hotel des Monnaies, providing direct access to the European Quarter and the Midi Station with the Eurostar, Thalys, and airport express.

Take advantage of a long list of amenities—unusual for a short term rental in Brussels. Savor warm days with a barbecue in the sunny courtyard. Prepare favorite dishes in the spacious kitchen, where you’ll have a dedicated freezer drawer, your own stove and fridge space (typical for MP homes), and plenty of room. At night, sink into the green velvet sofa to watch Netflix with your housemates, mostly your fellow expats in Brussels. Other extras include secure bike storage, on-site laundry, and a game room and office space—which can double as guest quarters for visiting friends.

Many of our residents want to have guests to stay, whether it’s friends or visiting family. We have guest rooms available so that our residents can have their guests to stay when they like. Your guests can make themselves at home as much as you.

When you have a problem with maintenance, simply post your issue in the group chat for your house. This notifies the house manage that there is a problem, and they can then arrange to have it fixed.

Parvis is a very sociable house, and our residents love to spend time together. Many enjoy after-work drinks with each other and get to know each other in the common areas of the house. Regular events and plenty of things to do encourage residents to socialise too.

The privacy of our residents is a top priority at Parvis. Every resident has their own secure room with plenty of space, and their own bathroom too. The house manager doesn’t live in the house and will let residents know if they need to drop by.

Residents get a great deal of amenities in the cost of their room. As well as access to communal areas, they also get all utilities, fast WiFi, light maintenance and cleaning of the common areas twice a week. Facilities include a laundry room and bike storage.
