Morton Place Parvis is the original Morton Place designed and furnished for coliving in 2011. Refurbished in 2019 the shared house has intimate common spaces fostering community bonds while the large bedrooms allow people to spend quality time alone when needed. St Gilles is trendy, full of artists and young professionals. A few steps from the house is the Parvis, a car free zone hosting a daily market as well as many cafés and restaurants with terraces that spill out over the cobblestones. The metro Hotel des Monnaies has direct access to the European Quarter and the Midi Station with the Eurostar, Thalys and airport express.
Morton Place Chatelain is the second to have opened in 2017 and features the most common spaces for our residents. Home office, library, cozy tv room in addition to the dining, kitchen and living room areas provide multiple spaces for residents to find community and privacy. Sophisticated and chic, the Chatelain has Brussels’ best specialty boutiques and most popular weekly market. Within a short radius of the house is a city supermarket, gym, bike share station and tram stop. Three stops away are the Place Stephanie with its movie theaters, luxury boutiques and the avenue Louise business district.
