Morton Place Chatelain has a chateau meets loft style with rough wooden floors, graphic metallic window frames and warm colourful wallpapers. This is not just one of those bland Brussels business flats! The heart of the house features a large kitchen with several cooking stations adjacent to a separate dining area with access to the garden. The communal living room has deep leather chesterfield couches surrounding a large flat screen tv. The Cottage at the back of the garden houses two large rooms. Amenities include a guest room for visitors, home theater, laundry room and two smaller living rooms for reading, working or relaxing.

Can friends and family stay?
A lot of people worry that living in co housing communities means they are never going to be able to have friends and family over. This is not the case! We actually have guest rooms available, meaning your family and friends can come and stay.
Are utilities included in the package?
Yes, all utilities are covered. Your package will also include TV licenses and subscriptions, as well as cleaning of the common areas twice per week.
Do I have my own bathroom?
Yes, our co housing communities provide individual residents with a fully furnished room and a private en-suite shower room.
What happens on my arrival day?
You will be welcomed by our house manager, who will be there to welcome you and help you get settled in. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions! On the first Thursday, after you have moved in, there will be welcome drinks so that you can get to know your new community.
How do I report a maintenance problem?
If there are any maintenance problems, there is a group where people can post any issues. These issues will get fixed during the day when residents are at work so that there is minimal disruption.
What happens if I don’t get along with the other residents?
Our co housing communities are very sociable. Residents often go for after-work drinks together and we have had no issues with disruptive residents in the past. If you do have a problem, we will be there to support you so please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We design beautiful shared homes for international professionals in Brussels. Co-living is an alternative to a soul-less serviced apartment or an unpredictable Airbnb.
