Life at Morton Place: What others say about our coliving homes in Brussels
COLIVING IN A BEAUTIFUL HOME
We’ve taken the concept of flatshares and updated it for the Brussels market. Life at MP doesn’t only stand for a flatshare in Brussels but coliving in a beautiful home that is fully furnished with everything you need from a coffee machine to the ironing board, ready and waiting for you from the day you arrive and all included in your rent. Your visitors can use the house guest room free of charge.
“MP is no-hassle accommodation, in an old art déco building completely refurbished with design and technology.”
Gabriele G., Labour Lawyer MP Parvis
FLATSHARE IN BRUSSELS: COMMUNITY
Our flatshare in Brussels are based on the community that shares the common area. We have taken care to design a bespoke kitchen which allows many people to cook at once, with individual food storage and multiple fridges. The TV is set up to watch the major sporting events and regular Belgian satellite tv. Whether cooking, eating or having a chat at the end of the day, this is where the magic happens: stories are shared and friendships are made.
“I fell in love with the place as soon as I saw it and loved the idea of living in the same house with international people.”
Ersan D., IT Specialist MP Parvis
BALANCE THE SOCIAL & THE PRIVATE
Social contact is key to the success of coliving but so is privacy. We believe home is a sanctuary from residents’ busy lives so in addition to your own bedroom and bathroom, we have included private corners to work, read or watch a movie. Coliving doesn’t mean being stuck in your bedroom. As all of our properties are full homes, they offer space to make your own unlike the regular flatshares with cramped quarters.
“Exquisite design, spacious rooms and common areas, fully furnished, all inclusive. International. Highly recommended.”
Nuria D., Legal Assistant MP Chatelain
We design beautiful shared homes for international professionals in Brussels. Co-living is an alternative to a soul-less serviced apartment or an unpredictable Airbnb.
